Return & Refund Policy. Thanks for shopping at Embroidered Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help, so please get in touch with us as soon as there is a problem.

RETURNS… You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, labels still attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and practical to return so as not to suffer damage.

You will be responsible for paying for the costs of returning your items *.

If the item has been damaged in transit, please send a photos by email of the packaging and damaged items.

Your returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase when posting with Royal Mail and the correct and appropriate value of postage applied, 2nd class post is fine.

REFUNDS…Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you, that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus the initial post / shipping costs to send your order to you, which will be deducted from your refund.

The exception to this will be when items are proved to be faulty, when I am happy to send a replacement FOC if possible or offer a full refund and postage costs.

Costs are non refundable on returned Commissioned or customised orders, eg; personalising unless the item itself is proved faulty.

No refunds can be available for cases where it is proved that incorrect and incomplete instructions for customisation were given by the purchaser, eg incorrect spellings for customisation.

No refunds can be given where delivery addresses given are incorrect or non valid, resulting in loss of goods.

When orders have not been delivered because there was no one present to receive the parcel and a card has been left with contact details to arrange re-delivery or collection, the customer is responsible.

Uncollected Items after 18 days are eventually returned to Embroidered Collection by Royal Mail, so no refunds are payable until after this time has passed.
